Ravens waive Rolle, sign CB Carr (AP)

The Baltimore Ravens have signed backup cornerback Chris Carr and waived veteran Samari Rolle. Carr signed a 2-year, $5 million deal Wednesday, while cutting Rolle saves the team $4.1 million under the salary cap. Carr is expected to back up Fabian Washington and Domonique Foxworth and return kicks. The four-year veteran played for the Oakland Raiders from 2005-07 and the Tennessee Titans last year.

Cowboys sign former Jags S Sensabaugh (AP)

The Dallas Cowboys signed former Jacksonville Jaguars safety Gerald Sensabaugh to a one-year deal on Tuesday. Terms were not released. The signing was reported on the Cowboys' Web site. Sensabaugh started 13 games for Jacksonville last season and had a team-leading four interceptions. The Cowboys released safety Roy Williams last week.
